Today is no ordinary Sunday. It's a complete surpassing experience that was almost decades ago that something like this took place. If cousin Caroline is reading this, she will be nodding with agree.
There were moments of hilarious laughter, seeing my mummy really laugh her heart out with her siblings and relatives. Moments of treasure, having relatives coming down from far-away-land China to pay the family a visit. Moments of silence, as we stood in prayer in the columbarium which I haven't been to for the past 8 years, paying respects to my late grandparents. Moments of beam as we pose for countless pictures to keep as dear memories. Moments of truth and thanks, tears and touch.
The relatives from China made my wish of many years come true. That is, to see the family of brothers, sisters and cousins sitting together with unitedness over a cup of tea. How blissful can God make our lives!
